Business Brigade volunteers provide business consulting and investment support to under resourced micro-enterprises in Panama while respecting local culture and improving the environment. The brigade volunteers conduct assessments, leverage consulting methodologies to address problems of the business, and teach workshops to the business owners. The brigade also collectively determines how to invest their “capital investment fund,” which is a monetary donation made to the business to improve its fiscal sustainability.
