Hello! I am a junior at Florida Atlantic studying Neuroscience and Behavior. I am hoping to attend medical school in the fall of 2017 and eventually become a surgeon. Going on a trip like this would be such an amazing experience. I would love to be able to gain knowledge from working with doctors and attain hands-on experience in patient care. Currently, I volunteer weekly at Bethesda hospital and am hoping to begin volunteering at a soup kitchen. Going to Nicaragua for this trip would be an amazing experience and I know that it will teach me so much about the medical field!
