I have always had a deep love for animals as I grew up surrounded by a multitude of family pets, and I thoroughly enjoy working with them. I have been volunteering at a shelter in Chicago for the past year and absolutely love it. I also have always been fascinated with the workings of the human body (i.e. the way in which it heals) and never pass up an opportunity to give first aid when presented with someone who may need it. I have always had a passion for traveling, as I love to try new foods and experience different cultures when the opportunity to do so arises.
