I am a sophomore at the University of Pittsburgh currently double majoring in Neuroscience and Music with a minor in Chemistry and a certificate in Conceptual Foundations of Medicine. I am a strong believer in using education as a tool for social change and to empower disadvantaged individuals. Outside of the classroom, I conduct research on neural plasticity and experience-related learning in the auditory system and I play the trumpet in the university orchestra. I also enjoy playing volleyball and soccer, in addition to keeping up with my favorite TV shows: The Good Wife and Scandal.
