Passionate About:

I am a sophomore at the University of New Hampshire and I will be applying to be an Occupational Therapy major. I love kids and hope to work with them in my future. I played soccer for my entire life before college and I enjoy to have fun and play intramurals here. I also love to snowboard with friends in the winter. I wouldn't really say I have a favorite season because I love them all for different reasons. Family and friends are extremely important to me, so college has been quite an experience missing old friends and family but making so many new friends. I really enjoy outdoor activities and I love traveling because of all of the places my parents brought me and my brothers as we grew up. I hope to continue to travel and see the world as much as possible. Going to honduras and seeing how other people live while providing them with medical assistance will be an amazing experience.

About Us

Medical Brigades of New Hampshire is a chapter of Global Brigades, the world's largest student-led global health and sustainable development organization. The New Hampshire chapter systematically works with more than 300 other university groups around the world to deliver and implement one of nine skill-based programs that benefit more than 130,000 Honduran and Panamanian community members annually. Global Medical Brigades develops sustainable health initiatives and provides relief where there is limited access to healthcare. Each community receives a brigade every 3 to 4 months where hundreds of patients are treated and volunteers deliver public health workshops. Electronic patient records are collected for future visitations and to monitor overall community health trends.
