  Deloitte SCI aims to provide international skills-based volunteer opportunities to senior consultants, with guidance and oversight by firm leadership.
  
  Along with increasing the SCs’ opportunities to gain skills and experiences which they can apply to their client work, Deloitte SCI enhances leadership and management skills and provided SCs an opportunity to network with other SCs and leadership and build a stronger sense of community across offices. Deloitte SCI also helps develop awareness of international issues and provides opportunities to represent Deloitte in making an impact in a developing nation.
  
  The Deloitte SCI trips are organized through Global Brigades.
